Free Services For Low-Income Families
Xilin is all about lending a hand. As a nonprofit social services agency, our programs are designed to support low-income and underserved individuals and families. In fact, 99% of our participants benefit from our services at no charge!
Income-Based Discounts
For those who may not qualify for our free services, we’ve set up an income-based fee schedule. The goal is to ensure everyone can access the help they need.
Here’s How It Works
- Adult Day Services
If without Medicaid waiver status, the daily rate is $90. - In-Home Services
If without Medicaid waiver status, the hourly rate is $28–$30 per hour.
Chinese School & After-School Classes
For families with qualifying incomes, children can attend our classes for free! Or we’ll help you apply for assistance through the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) via the Illinois Department of Human Services.

All fee schedules will be subject to change yearly in order to reflect the cost-of-living adjustments, inflations and Xilin Association’s financial condition.
