English-Speaking Caregiver Needed

Job Overview

Xilin Association is seeking compassionate, dedicated English-speaking caregivers to support seniors in our community. In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities and providing essential personal care.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Living Support: Assist with meal preparation, cooking, light housekeeping, and errands.
Personal Care: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Health Management: Assist with medication reminders and basic management.
Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, and other essential locations.
Communication: Maintain accurate care records and coordinate with healthcare professionals regarding the client's care plan.

Requirements

Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in senior care or home care.
Credentials: Must have a valid State ID or Driver’s License.
Values: A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
